Can we work on a project together?

Yes, I would be more than happy to discuss licensing or collaborative projects. To acquire licensing permits or discuss a project please contact us via the Contact Form in the About section of this Site.


Can you tell me more about your art prints?

Art prints are sustainably printed on high quality 240gsm Smooth Art Paper.

All prints come with a white border ranging from 1” to 3” on the sides and possibly a little more top/bottom depending on the print size selected.

Please note that the colors you see on your monitor may not match the actual ink output colors of the real item; however they should be close.


Do you offer your art on metal, wood or acrylic?

Yes, all designs can be made available on other display mediums such as metal, wood, acrylic, framed canvas, Dibond and more. We would be happy to discuss a project – please contact us via the Contact Form in the About section of this Site.


Do you accept custom orders?

In order to maintain the graphic integrity of my work, I tend to not alter my designs but will consider custom order requests on a case by case basis. Requests for new illustrations will be treated as newly commissioned work.


What payment methods do you accept?

Payments can be made with the Paypal system, or with a credit/debit card through Stripe system. In the event the payment process is not successful, the purchase process will be automatically canceled. Payment must be made within 7 days from the date of the order.


How are items packaged?

All prints are hand rolled in protective tissue paper and packaged in rigid cardboard tubes for extra protection and safe delivery.

Postcard Sets, Greeting Cards and Stickers are carefully packaged in cellophane sleeves and placed between rigid recycled cardboard for extra protection.

Aprons, Tote Bags and T-Shirts are shipped in self sealing mailers with a seal strip and UV protective coating inside. Packages are tightly secured providing excellent protection during shipment. Apron orders with more than 5 items are shipped in a cardboard box with products packed individually in sleeves. Garments are professionally folded and inserted neatly into the package (larger orders packaged in a corrugated box).

Mugs are packaged in a sturdy 100% recycled cardboard box for a high level of protection.


How long will it take to receive my item?

All orders are processed in 1-3 days and dispatched within 2-5 business days.

Will my package arrive in time for Christmas?

For purchases made up until December 8, I recommend using the express shipping option to ensure your package arrives in time for Christmas. If you are interested in making a purchase after Dec. 8th please contact me to discuss options.


Do you offer tracking?

Tracking is included in the Standard and Express shipping options for most countries. If tracking is available, a tracking number will be provided by email.


How are customs or import taxes handled?

Buyers are responsible for any customs fees and import taxes (VAT or other) that may apply. These vary by country and you should check whether your order will incur any such charges before finalising your purchase. Christopher Dina will not be liable for any import or customs charges incurred by the customer for importing goods to their final destination. Please note that your order will not be delivered until these fees are settled.

Please note that refunds given due to damages do not include customs fees from the vendor to the customer.


What is your return policy?

We’re sure you’ll be pleased with your Christopher Dina purchase.

Since all products are printed on demand products, tailor made and bespoke to the consumer's individual specifications, all products are final purchase and non-returnable; however, please do not hesitate to contact us if there is a problem with your order.


What if my item is damaged?

Please inspect all shipments immediately upon arrival. If the item arrived damaged due to manufacturer defect please contact us immediately (within 7 days of delivery) to discuss…in addition please send clear photos showing damages and/or defects. Refunds will be considered depending on the situation and on a case by case basis.

We only offer refunds onto the original payment method used to make the order. Please remember it can take some time (up to a few weeks) for your bank or credit card company to process and post your refund.


What if my item is lost?

If your package is lost or returned to us due to an input error on our end (wrong recipient address) we will gladly offer a full refund on your purchase, resend a new package or resend the original package if received back in a timely manner.

If your package is lost due to an incorrect address you have provided us, we will not be able to refund the item and shipping costs. If the package is returned to us, then we will attempt to contact you to clarify the correct recipient address and reship at your cost. As we know, packages are not always returned – in this case, the customer would have to reorder the product at their cost.

If your package does not arrive within the given timeframe please let us know and we will gladly look into it for you – please keep in mind that there may be some delays due to ongoing pandemic regulations; therefore, we kindly ask for your patience.


Can I cancel my order?

You may cancel your order provided we have not initiated production for your order or dispatched the relevant products to you. To do this you must notify us immediately by emailing us via the Contact Form in the About section of this Site.


Do you offer exchanges?

Exchanges are not part of our refund policy; however if a certain item is not available after purchase we will gladly offer a refund or exchange.


Will all my orders arrive at once?

Since different production partners are used it is possible that orders consisting of multiple items from different categories will arrive at different times. Postcards, greeting cards and sticker sheets are likely to arrive together if purchased in one order.
