Opened in 2008, Comcast Center is both the tallest structure in Philadelphia and the tallest LEED certified "green" building in the United States. The gleaming office tower features retail storefronts, restaurants, and new pathways connecting commuters to Suburban Station's metro transit. The exterior & interior sign program identifies major destinations while guiding visitors through the active mixed-use space; the sign's visual elements take their cue from the tower's clean lines and dignified stance as well as the building's prominent use of glass and steel.

Completed while at 212 Associates.
